My client, an award winning, forward thinking global media company is looking for a highly organised, proactive and confidential PA to support the HR Director, who plays an integral role in the company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly respected boss in a creative environment.

This is a busy, challenging and diverse role where you will be providing right hand support to your boss and where you will be a true gatekeeper. You will be responsible for proactively organising complex diaries and travel, screening calls, collating information and documents for meetings, preparing reports, formatting documents, PowerPoint presentations and compiling and handling confidential information. You will build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders, get involved with key projects and look after the smooth running of the department. If you like a busy role, where no two days are the same then this is the role for you!

To be considered for this role, you must have gained the above PA experience at a similar level, ideally within media or a corporate creative environment. It is also an advantage if you have worked within HR or have a real interest in HR. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. You will be used to managing confidential information, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and used to working under your own initiative. You will also have a strong commercial understanding, be a team player and have excellent MS Office skills.
