Team Coordinator/Assistant – London Market insurance

 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Coordinator/Assistant to join a fast growing London market underwriter based in the heart of the City! Our client is seeking a Coordinator/Assistant who is confident, proactive and thrives under pressure. This is a great opportunity to join a work hard play hard yet appreciative team.

You will deal with:

  • Complex diary management
  • International end to end travel including Visa’s and currency
  • Internal and external meetings
  • Organising conferences, road shows and events
  • Meeting management and coordination including remote meeting set up’s
  • Extensive contact with clients, developing strong relationships and establishing yourself as the “go to” person

You should have 2 years admin experience gained within insurance (London or company market), you will have a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment. This is an excellent position for someone looking to advance their career within a supportive growing environment. You must have strong Microsoft Office skills.
