Team Assistant - Trade Floor (Sales & Trading)

The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:

Manage multiple diaries

Arrange visa's & travel bookings

Book meeting rooms

Set up conference calls

Complete expenses

Update the database

Compile & manage the spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

Have a good working ethic / enthusiasm

Have a willingness to learn

Be available to start immediately

Ideally you will have previously worked in either a busy corporate sales environment or on a trade floor as a Team Assistant.

You must be available immediately, have an excellent work ethic and want to, or enjoy working in a large global Investment Bank.
