This award winning professional services firm, with offices based in the heart of the City, is seeking a part-time HR Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
This role is offered on a four day per week basis, working 9am-5pm. Our client is flexible as to days worked.
Offering comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team, the HR Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of recruitment administration, to include placing vacancies onto job boards and social media, responding to graduate applications and organising graduate assessment days, and assisting with the on-boarding process, to include chasing references, adding new employees onto the HR database, and preparing induction materials.
Furthermore, the HR Administrator will support with the firm's training programme, to include updating training guides, maintaining the staff training spreadsheet, and booking staff onto external courses.
You will also provide administrative support for the appraisal process, such the preparation of appraisal packs and recording of action points from appraisal meetings.
Other responsibilities will include organisation of exit interviews, scanning & filing of employee documents, preparing management reporting, and supporting with benefits administration.
Our client is seeking an initiative driven, highly organised individual with solid administrative experience, and ideally previous exposure to the Human Resources function.
You will need to possess strong PC skills, to include Microsoft Office and previous use of a CRM system, as well as a working knowledge of the different social medial channels.
