Our client, a global leader in its field, is seeking an outgoing, organised and efficient Office Administrator to join the team in their Sutton office on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Providing flexible support to all departments within the office, duties of the Office Administrator will include but are not limited to:

*Preparing letters and typing correspondence
*Maintaining databases
*Assisting team PA's with projects as required
*Archiving, scanning and filing duties
*Maintaining office supplies
*Overflow reception cover
*Set up and maintenance of meeting rooms
*Processing of invoices
*Franking and management of post
*Bank runs as and when required

Office Administrator - What we're looking for:

*Previous office administration and Reception experience within a professional
services environment is required
*Friendly and outgoing personality coupled with polished and professional
presentation
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*A team player with the proactive to work on their own initiative when required
*Computer literate - Intermediate MS Office Suite
*Flexible and adaptable working style, with the ability to work well under pressure
