Our client, an international professional services firm, are seeking a polished and professional Front of House Receptionist to join the team in their Milton Keynes based office.

Acting as a first point of contact, and providing Reception and administrative support, duties will include:

*Managing room bookings and preparing meeting rooms
*Answering calls to the switchboard
*Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
*Responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
*Providing refreshments for visitors
*Assisting with facilities duties such as ordering stationery and supplies
*Printing large documents and reports
*Updating the company CRM system
*Ad hoc support to the PA's and secretaries as required

Receptionist - What we're looking for:

*Previous Reception experience within a corporate environment is essential
*Excellent spoken and written communication skills
*Good working knowledge of the main MS Office packages
*Able to work under pressure and balance priorities to meet deadlines
*Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to work on your own initiative
