A fantastic entry-level role has arisen within a FSTE 1000 organisation for a professional and polished individual with English to mother tongue level and fluency in French to join a small, yet delightful and established team of efficient, hard-working and organised corporate receptionists in their London head office. Due to the nature of the role, the ability to speak and write English to mother tongue standard is essential with fluency in French.

As a French speaking receptionist you form part of the FOH team where you will provide seamless reception and office administration support; duties will include meeting and greeting all visitors to the London office, screening all incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking messages, managing the Reception inbox, booking and preparing meeting rooms, arranging couriers and taxis, dealing with incoming post, ad-hoc administrative support in English and French and ensuring the Reception area is tidy at all times.

As training will be provided the role would suit a recent graduate with fluency in French looking for an entry-level position within an international environment. Candidates must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good tem-player mentality and excellent coordination skills. Previous reception / office administration experience would be desirable however not essential due to a full induction upon starting; although you must be available to start work immediately!

  • Experience of working within an international office environment is desirable however not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word/Excel and Power Point) applications desirable
  • Flexible, reliable and keen to learn
  • Available to start immediately
