This role is part of the busy Front of House team and is a pivotal role within the company. You will be meeting and greeting all guests, including some incredibly high profile individuals, ensuring that everyone who comes into the building is receiving a fantastic guest experience. There will also be extensive administrative duties and as such no day will be quiet and you will always be learning something new.

The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent (or should have excellent 'A' level grades as a minimum) and should have some experience of working in a fast paced, service focused environment - such as hospitality. Emotional intelligence is absolutely key for this role, as you must be able to liaise confidently and appropriately at all levels. You should be a real people person with excellent attention to detail and the ability to always get things done!
