Fantastic opportunity for a senior level EA to join a leading multinational retail organisation based in their head office in West London.

You will be supporting on a 1:1 basis at Board Level and duties will include:

• Complex diary management
• International travel co-ordination
• Project co-ordination
• Liaising with high profile clients and stakeholders
• Research
• Producing reports and presentations
• Occasional personal support

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked at Board level, ideally for a multinational organisation, and in a very fast paced working environment.

Strong attention to detail is essential, as is a high level of discretion. Working as an EA at this level, exceptional organisational skills are paramount, as is the ability to stay calm under pressure.
