Product Communications Executive (MAT cover), City

A fabulous opportunity to work for one of London’s most successful asset management companies. You will have responsibility for the provision of fund and product communications, oversight of third party outsourcing and associated compliance.

This maternity cover commences mid-March and will run until the end of August.

Responsibilities

• Manage production of fund factsheets and fund data dissemination to the Firm website and external data houses. Oversee the relationship with third party suppliers to provide an accurate mutual fund data source and the timely provision of data
• Ensure accurate and timely information is available (online and offline) to existing and prospective clients for them to be able to understand each of our products and their current delivery of their objectives
• Be responsible for the provision of both regulatory-required and firm-defined communications to support the mutual fund range. Oversee supplier relationships and document production. Investigate more cost effective ways of generating these communications

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of the UK and offshore funds market places and UCITs
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements around produce communications
• Track record of effective project management
• Strong academic background
