TEAM ASSISTANT Boutique West End property company

We are looking to hire a Team Assistant to work in a boutique office in the heart of the West End. Our client is a commercial property firm who have a small team of 10 people. The Team Assistant is the only admin support in the office and so will have a very varied role and get involved in lots of exciting projects.The role will include PA support to the MD, managing the office and support to the team as well as getting involved with marketing and social media projects.  We are looking for a Team Assistant with some previous experience in office support and someone creative who is keen to take ownership of projects.The successful Team Assistant must be able to multi task, be proactive with a high attention to detail and a real team player. The team are all lovely and are looking for a confident and upbeat person to have in the office who can run projects and really make a difference to the business. The Team Assistant is a pivotal member of the team and this is an exciting opportunity where hard work is rewarded.
