Dutch Speaking - Client Services Representative for Financial Services Industry

My client a global technology service company that service the financial services market is currently looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Client Services Representative to join their busy and fast pace investor Communication team. The remit of this department is to process and distribute the proxy (voting/shareholder information) to investors in equity securities and mutual funds. Duties will include the processing and distribution of account statement and trade confirmations, marketing communication and any other communications to their shareholders. They are looking for proactive and forward thinking individual who will think outside the box to resolve client queries and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

The Person

You must have previous experience of customer services within the financial services world along with fluent Dutch and first class interpersonal skills.
