Temporary EA to CEO, City – Insurance

£20 - £23 Per Hour

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for a large Insurance and Financial Services organisation based in the heart of the City in prestigious surroundings. This is fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled EA to be a part of a well-recognised and respected organisation, covering the two EA that support the CEO and President during holiday periods in the summer. This organisation is very well known within the FS markets, and you will be working in an exciting and motivating organisation. This is a 1:1 / 1:2 role supporting a CEO and the Company President. Therefore the role is of paramount importance, and involves a great amount of confidentiality.

The role will involve:

• Extensive diary management
• Arranging Travel and meetings
• Preparation of reports and documents
• Processing expenses
• Amending PowerPoint presentations
• Managing post, both internal and external
• Arranging meetings internal and external
• General administrative duties
• Liaising with clients and colleagues
• Being the eyes and ears of the business and office and reporting directly back to Managing Director

Skills required:

• 5 years or plus experience in a EA role
• Confident, yet warm and friendly
• Experience preforming under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• You must be efficient, well organised and willing to give 100% to the role
• Bubbly and approachable with a 'can do’ attitude.

You will need to have excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will need the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and have a positive attitude. You must have great communication skills and be professional in your approach to meet tight deadlines.
