We're a busy and vibrant Film Marketing company based in Marylebone and are looking for a friendly and professional individual with an excellent telephone manner.

The position includes (but is not exclusive to) the following:

  • Manning the phone switchboard, screening and taking messages when required
  • Opening and locking up the office according to shift
  • Booking couriers and organising runs
  • Greeting clients and guests in a polite and courteous manner
  • Organising the calendar for the meeting rooms
  • Signing for deliveries and receiving post
  • Ensuring that front of house is well presented and tidy at all times
  • Working closely with the front of house, management and runners to ensure the smooth running of the building
  • Stock checks and ordering of stationary
  • Office Management duties including (but not exclusive to) ordering office supplies, assigning phones and keys to staff; booking workmen for any building maintenance and overseeing them etc.

Previous front of house and/or office management experience is essential; some HR experience would be beneficial.  Mac skills would be an advantage.

It's a flexible full-time position, averaging 35 hours per week: 5 hours Monday - Friday (9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm) covering reception and 2 hours ad hoc office management. This position would suit someone who has other interests/commitments due to its flexibility and shorter working days. We're looking at a start date in early April, with potentially a few training days a week or two before the start date. Must be able to commute to and from Central London. If you love film and you'd like to become part of a friendly and outgoing team, and think you'd be a good fit for the role then please get in contact - send us your CV and please include a covering letter with your application.
