A boutique property agency based in Soho is looking for an enthusiastic Secretary who wants to take on office managerial responsibilities to run a busy and dynamic office. This is a well-established business who are well respected in their industry.

You will be joining a very busy firm, due to the need to hit the ground running, you will ideally have several years of experience within a professional environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to have more autonomy over their work.

Duties include:

  • Document production
  • Proof reading
  • Typing letters
  • Keeping contact with clients
  • Marketing/ social media
  • Managing events
  • PA work
  • Light bookkeeping 

This firm is looking to build the role around the right person, they want some who is bright, has ideas, is a natural leader and can inspire change.

Profile:

  • Secretarial/ administrative experience 
  • Forward thinker
  • Experience with audio typing is desirable
