Personal Assistant - Asset Management

My client a City based Asset Management firm are recruiting for a first class Personal Assistant to support two senior member of staff - the Global Head of Product and Distribution Services and the Head of Advisory Sales. The successful PA will have previous experience working within Asset Management or Financial Services organisation and also be happy to provide adhoc support to the wider team where required

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Primary focus to act as PA will involve:
-Extensive liaison with managers and staff - overseas offices and other internal departments
-Liaison with external clients on Managers behalf
- Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations
-Extensive diary management, prioritising and filtering out non-essential meetings
-Arranging internal meetings such as monthly one to one's, appraisals etc ensuring managers are prepared
-Arranging external meetings, conference and video calls
-Screening of e-mails; prioritising, answering, printing, deleting as appropriate
-Travel arrangements and complex itineraries including visa's
-Preparation and submission of expenses and corporate card statements, FCA records and other regulatory data
-Ad hoc personal tasks e.g. arranging personal meetings
-Manage responsibilities and assist with workload issues
-Assist in PA duties in the absence of other PA's
-Assist other team members and managers' reports with any administrative duties as required

This is a temporary to permanent role so the Personal Assistant will be on maximum 2 weeks notice. Hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility required.
As this role can be client facing, excellent communication skills are a must! My client has also requested strong PowerPoint experience as this will also be used regularly within the role
