PA to Chairman and 2 Senior MD’s - Advertising Agency, Soho, W1

A fantastic opportunity exists to join this international Advertising Agency with the coolest offices and most high profile Client list in London. We are looking for a traditional PA with at least 7 years’ experience to become the right hand man of this charismatic Chairman and two other Senior Directors within the business.

Ideally, you will have worked in advertising and at the very least in communications. You will offer an old school sophisticated PA service - being his eyes and ears within the Agency, undertaking diary management, travel and all other secretarial tasks and really supporting his profile as Chairman.

We want someone who is just as happy dealing with high profile clients as making teas and coffees and organising lunches.  You will be extremely polished, articulate and media savvy with a warmth and energy that is second to none.

This is one of the most prestigious positions within the agency and it has a real ambassadorial feel about it. As you will be client facing, you must able to build strong relationships and become a real go-to within the agency.  You will have excellent MS Office and superb PA skill set and a highly efficient nature.
