Description

The PA/Receptionist with Mandarin is a pivotal role, based on reception where you will be representing the company as first point of contact for all switchboard calls and clients visiting the company and will be required to meet and greet in a professional manner. The PA/Receptionist with Mandarin will also be responsible for supporting the Investment Banking team and your duties with involve extensive travel arrangements along with organising visas, accommodation and processing expenses, complex diary management, arranging meetings across multiple times zones and undertaking shareholder management. Mandarin is an advantage but not essential but you will need a current work visa, no sponsorship is offered.

Profile

This is a busy and fast paced role and you will be previous familiar with working within a similar environment within financial services, be educated to A'level or equivalent and have a good understanding of all MS Office packages, you will ideally be fluent in Mandarin and English and have a proactive approach with a presentable and personable manner and have previously worked as a Team PA within financial services

Job Offer

This is a temp to perm role for a Team PA, you will need to be on a weeks notice or less and available for temp to perm work with a full UK work visa. The position is offering £27,000 - £35,000
