Receptionist - Fab Creative Agency

My client, a top integrated creative agency, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their lively office in Central London. The agency work with some fantastic clients and have a really innovative approach to their work, so this is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to use their prior experience to take ownership of the role.

As receptionist, your typical duties will include meeting and greeting guests and ensuring they are looked after from the get-go. You will ensure the office is kept looking pristine, and encourage all of your colleagues to take pride in your workspace. You will prep all meeting rooms, and order all food, drink and stationery supplies. You will also take on some PA duties, supporting the board with taxis and international travel bookings, diary management and processing expenses and timesheets.

You must have some prior experience within a receptionist role, gained within a creative agency environment. You must be proactive, meticulously organised and have a great eye for detail. You must approach your work with enthusiasm, creativity and be willing to throw yourself into any task!
