THE COMPANY:


Our client is a leading Boutique Financial and Technical Recruiter based in the heart of the City. Due to growth they are now looking to develop one of their teams and want to recruit an experienced recruiter looking to do a full 360 role. Candidates with an interest in financial services who want to work for a smaller agency where your consultative approach will be highly valued along with building long term relationships with clients, this is the role for you.


 


THE ROLE:


 


The role will be responsible for building and maintaining a successful technical desk, including business development, account management and candidate attraction. You would work alongside the manager for the team and a resourcer.


 


Tasks will include, however are not limited too;


 


Client Development - To maximise sales and permanent Gross Profit through programmed marketing activity within existing client accounts and developing them to their full potential.


Recruitment - To effectively control applicant recruitment, screening, interviewing and registering of relevant applicants in order to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.


Service - To ensure client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive quality service.


Applicant Care – To manage the expectations of applicants and effectively match their career goals, as well as offer career guidance and advice as needed.

Division - To ensure your desk is operating efficiently, complying with all relevant legislation, in-house processes and operating to Morgan Spencer company standards.


 


Business Planning – Effective time planning to achieve revenue targets, analysis of figures/trends in performance and delivery of minimum Key Performance Indicators.    


 

 


THE PERSON:


 


A solid Recruitment background – Any sector


Interest in the Financial industry


Excellent communication skills both verbally and written


Proactive approach to all tasks


Ability to work in a targeted environment


Team Work and drive to succeed
