A private equity research company based in South West London are looking for an Office Manager and PA to support the Director and team of 9. You will be a key member of their rapidly growing business.

You will be supporting a team of 9 including the Director and Analysts. The successful candidate will be a self starter with the ability to use your own initiative. This position is not a for somebody who likes structure as every day will be different. You will need to be confident in your own judgement and have the ability to predict any issues that could come up in the future. Candidates must also have excellent attention to detail as there will be proofreading duties in the role.

You will ideally have some experience within financial services and as a Pa or Office Manager. As the company is still growing the role is perfect for somebody who wants to develop and progress their career.

The salary for the role is circa £28,000 and the hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm.

The role has four main functions:

-Helping seven analysts, including two Partners, manage their schedules. This includes arranging meetings, managing calendars, and scheduling UK and international travel.

-Providing administrative support to the Partners. Tasks include assisting with billing, expenses, liaising with external partners, maintaining internal records, helping with HR matters, etc.

-Edit and publish notes written by analysts. This will require a keen eye for grammatical errors, formatting, and uploading to the company client-facing portal.

-General upkeep of the office.

Degree educated preferably
