Leading corporate global organisation, require a PA to provide support to two hugely personable Board Directors, the Global HR Director and the CFO. This is an extremely busy and involved senior role, looking after two highly regarded Directors that will require you to use your initiative and excellent communication skills on a daily basis.
The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is able to take on additional projects, while working in a very collaborative environment. Sense of humour and a positive self-starter with a “can do” attitude is a must for this role!
- Various tasks for the Directors including: diary management, meeting organisation, compilation of documents such as PowerPoint presentations, note & minute taking, expenses and other ad hoc tasks.
- Organise complex travel arrangements
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and organise the HR forum and events
- Deal with ad hoc projects - provide project management coordination and support and delivering to agreed timescales and standards.
- To collate statistics/data for reporting.
- Deal with a variety of enquiries that come into the team and respond or filter them out accordingly.
- Process all other departmental administrative tasks – travel, sickness, training arrangements etc.
- Exercising discretion at all time as you will be privy to confidential information
You will enjoy providing first class PA support, be prepared to drop everything to assist when necessary while working within a global firm within fantastic offices. Experience and Skills:
- PA / support experience within a professional firm
- Polished communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Team player and highly personable essential
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities.
- Excellent computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Hours: 8.30am – 5pm / 9 – 5.30pm
