PA - Finance

New role just in! Our client, an investment firm, are looking for a bright, on the ball and articulate PA to support the Director of Research. We are looking for a PA with previous experience in Financial Services. This is a great company to work.

We are looking for someone degree educated with previous experience as a PA and someone who is intelligent and proactive. 

Along with supporting the Director of Research you will additionally support 5 others therefore fantastic organisational and time management skills are essential. 

You will supporting with telephone support, diary management, processing expenses, preparation of client letters, liaising with analyst teams, taking minutes in meetings, coordinating and overseeing projects and additional support wherever needed.
