PA - Financial Services - Immediate Start

Are you an immediately available PA? 

Our client, based in the City are looking for a PA to come in and hit the ground running - to start with this is a month on month rolling contract therefore you need to be immediately available.

You will be responsible for looking after one Partner but also being flexible to help out with others as and when required. This Partner is very easy to get along with but a bit dis-organised so you will need to be proactive, on the ball and extremely efficient. 

Duties will include diary management, gate-keeping duties, handling all incoming communication, booking meetings and venues, processing expenses for the team, booking travel and accommodation. Ad-hoc duties.
