Personal Assistant

My client is looking for a highly organised PA to join their team on a part-time temporary basis for 3 months.


This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Personal Assistant to join a huge organisation on a temporary to permanent basis. My client is looking for a PA who is comfortable to hit the ground running and someone who is able to think a head as well as organise an extremely busy diary.

Your new job role will be to support the Chief Administrative Officer on a part-time basis. You will be managing her diary, organising meetings and meeting packs, running weekly and monthly reports as well as acting as a first point of contact: screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

In order to succeed in your new job role you will need to have 5 years experience as a PA and be immediately available. Interviews will take place on Thursday this week (23/03/2017) You must be able to hit the ground running and to be flexible and perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Administrative Officer.

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 15:00 or 10:00 - 16:00. This role is paying £14.00 - £15.00 per hour premium for the right candidate. This is a 3 month temporary assignment however for the right candidate they will look to take someone on permanently.
