This is a maternity cover role for an entrepreneur in the food and music industries.

Your responsibilities will cover the management of his busy diary and travel arrangements.  You will be required to accompany him on most of his engagements including charity, food and music events, school visits and speaking engagements. Ad-hoc assistance will also be needed with food prep at festivals and private dinners for auction winners. You must have the freedom to do this with ease.  The ability to work from your own home is essential, experience of this would be helpful given it requires strong self-discipline. There is a weekly shareholders meeting in an office in Baron's Court and you will be required to visit the entrepreneur’s recently opened restaurant in East London once or twice a week, on average.

As the restaurant business expands across the UK (the second site looks likely to open in Birmingham early this Summer), you may be required to travel with the principal to the site – likely to be at least once a week. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with drive and enthusiasm, particularly someone interested in the food industry. The expansion of the restaurant business in particular promises to be an exciting venture to be a part of.
