Senior PA

We are currently recruiting for a senior level Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with at least eight years’ experience, ideally gained within the finance sector.

This is a newly created role to support a Managing Director within the business who has an extremely busy workload. As a new position, this is a great opportunity to shape the role into something exciting and challenging and there is a lot of scope to take on additional work and projects.

This Managing Director travels regularly, it is therefore essential that candidates can demonstrate extensive experience of organising and planning complex business trips with multiple destinations requiring visa’s etc. As part of your role, you will also organise travel for the senior members of the MD’s team on a monthly basis.

Further to travel planning, a large part of the role will be in relation to client development and maintenance by way of events and networking etc. Candidates need to be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders both internally and externally and have solid communication skills, both written and verbally. This team are constantly organising events and roadshows both in the UK and abroad, experience of organising large scale and small scale events is highly desirable.
