EA to 3 MD's - HR, Talent and Reward

A top opportunity has arisen to support three dynamic and friendly Directors within the HR, Talent and Reward areas at this FTSE 100 leading global information services organisation. This is a highly-recommended role!

We are seeking an individual who is a highly skilled EA at board level, is confident in his/her abilities and approach, has key time management skills, is a self-starter and motivated. An important attribute for this role will be that you are open to change, able and willing to ask your MD how they want the task completed initially to reduce the transition of taking on a new EA for them, with full briefing from them.

A busy and varied role you will support your MD’s with adhoc tasks and juggle your time between all three in a high speed EA capacity supporting with diary management across multiple time zones, international travel arrangements, meeting organisation including video conference set up taking minutes and following up actions, events, expenses, documentation including board level presentations, assisting with HR functions including year-end appraisals and so much more!
