- a membership offer that's highly relevant and value for money for all schools
- providing high-quality professional development programmes in areas including leadership, teaching and learning and curriculum

- activities associated with the organisation's membership benefits
- activities associated with commercially contracted work
The role is varied and involves maintaining a flexible approach whilst undertaking tasks which range from administrative work to the day-to-day organisation and delivery of projects.
As a learning organisation, we would expect you to have a willingness to work flexibly and continually develop your competence and knowledge. You will have exceptional literacy skills including a high standard of written and verbal communication. Good levels of numeracy skills are required, as is the ability to use a range of IT based software packages. You will have strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail.

We are an independent membership organisation with 2000 members including primary, secondary and special educational needs schools.
