My client, a global innovation company, are looking for a top EA/Office Co-ordinator to join their busy London office. They are a really exciting boutique agency amid a period of high growth, so this is a great opportunity to get involved in a pivotal role within their modern offices. You must be proactive and able to take your own initative.
Your typical EA duties will include: diary management, extensive travel co-ordination including itineraries; processing expenses; organising meetings and events; email management; building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels; undertaking projects, research and creating presentations. As London’s Office Co-ordinator you will also ensure brand and office brilliance, assisting with internal IT issues and assisting with in-house design requirements. You must have excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience of other design software would be preferable too. You will need to be confident using Mac and MUST have prior experience using Keynote.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a creative environment as an EA/Office Co-ordinator. You must have a positive energy and be able to work well using your initiative to prioritise effectively. You must also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
