Finance PA

Our client, a dynamic, well reputed, private equity firm is looking for a senior level PA to provide support to four investment professionals - one Managing Director, one Senior Principal, one Associate, and the firm's European Associate General Counsel for a maternity contract starting at the end of March (w/c 27th) and to finish March 2018. Whilst the team are multicultural, languages are not a prerequisite.

The role has been described as a fairly traditional position in terms of diary and travel management. The team are full of different characters, one of them in particular possessing high attention to detail and a very particular way of working, whilst the others are fairly self-sufficient; so someone flexible, resilient and able to work in a fast paced environment is key!

Our client is based in very plush West End offices and offers a wonderfully friendly and collegiate environment. Their staff turn over is negligible, and PA's repeatedly praise how valued and appreciated they feel working for this firm.
