Virtual PA

Fantastic Virtual PA role based anywhere in the UK. Excellent opportunity for a bright PA/EA. Must be organised, tech savvy, have incredible attention to detail and a background in Health care is preferable. This will start as a Temporary contract eventually becoming Permanent with a potential attractive bonus. Must be looking long term, happy to work flexible hours and communicate on Saturdays also.

• Full time virtual PA to Psychiatrists 
• 100% virtual role – candidates can be anywhere in the country
• Couple are originally Spanish and have two private practices in London
• They need someone who can answer client calls, make bookings, manage the bookings diary, take dictation via email/Whats App/voice message for client referral letters, write follow ups etc
• Must be very IT literate and tech savvy – a work Iphone and laptop are provided
• Must have warm, articulate telephone manner and a sympathetic tone as some of the clients are mentally unwell. Discretion also very important
• Ideally graduate or graduate calibre
• Training provided on the medical systems in the first week

HOURS & SALARY:

• £134.62 a day (equivalent of £35K a year)
• When changed to perm, candidates ideally to be self-employed, although they would consider pay-rolling someone if exceptional
• When perm, potential for an extra £5k bonus on top of this based on KPIs set by the client
• Must be free to take calls/check emails Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and be alert to potential calls/cancellations of appointments on a Saturday – therefore must have work phone with them and be open to responding on weekends. Definitely not a 9am to 5pm and this needs to be stressed. The payback is the virtual nature and the fact there will be times in the day they can say nip to the shops
