Account Manager- Start-up

We are working with a brilliant start-up based in Shoreditch specialised in the oil & gas sector. They are a very bright and friendly team of people and the company is doing very well since its launch.

They are currently looking for an account manager to join their team and look after the clients' side of the business.

Main duties:

• Develop relationships with clients – liaise with key account stakeholders on personnel requirements.
• Resourcing – generating candidates for database through market research and referral system.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and provide key support by supplying freelance personnel for short assignments.
• Maintain relations with a network of existing freelance personnel and manage their working schedules.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and other necessities required for personnel when on assignment.
• Collate contracts and purchase orders for personnel and clients.
• Travel 10%
• No cold calling- this is not a salesy environment!

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified
• Some recruitment experience ideal but not required
• Independent
• Pro-active
• Detail-oriented
