A recognised and exceptionally successful CEO based in Dubai is seeking a new EA to support his global business interests from Dubai. This role would easily be described as career defining and appeal to someone who is ready for 'the' role as this will be a full on, 24/7 role where there is no margin for error and high standards are not just the norm but a given for anyone in the business. The CEO is demanding and relies on his EA for everything and you simply have to deliver.

Duties will include:

• Extensive diary management taking into consideration global locations, remote support and the expectation you will be on standby to work in the same time zone that the CEO is located in
• Complex travel management which will regularly include the CEO being in more than one country in one day and long haul multi stop plans that are liable to change. You are used to delivering unbelievably detailed itineraries ensuring you are at least several steps ahead and have thought about what the CEO is likely to change, tweak or require based on business needs
• Being a true right hand assistant working discretely at all times, recognising the need for 100% confidentiality. Demonstrable experience of working in such an environment before would be anticipated for anyone in this role
• Being a gatekeeper who is able to be the perfect combination of strength yet warmth, professional yet engaging and ensuring that you are 'walking in the CEO's shoes' to support his priorities
• Assisting with ad hoc administration duties that might include personal work for the right EA
• Working autonomously and able to manage your own time as given the exposure that you have to the business

Currently working as an EA within boutique finance and ideally supporting a CEO you are ready for a role that will push, stretch and take your career stratospheric, well at least to Dubai!

Your ambition will be nurtured, your skills utilised to the extreme but you are ready to make the move not only to Dubai but in your career to support one of the most internationally recognised figures within private equity.
