Based in a key business department, this team are collaborative, positive and very friendly. Duties / responsibilities:

• Organising complex, multi-stop, international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
• Multiple diary management with prioritisation of conflicting meetings and last minute changes
• Helping with coverage of admin inbox
• Working closely with other Assistants in the business, building internal relationships and offering team support when needed
• Organising overseas meetings and researching when necessary
• Acting as first point of contact for senior level staff maintaining the company's standards at all times
• Arranging global conference calls
• Submitting and tracking expenses on a monthly basis

The large London office has a true sense of professionalism, collaboration and determination with a fantastic Assistant network where everyone helps each other - therefore a true team player is key for this role. Similar experience within a financial services organisation desirable, but by no means essential.

This position has an immediate start and will be on a long term, ongoing basis.
