An amazing opportunity has arisen to support an UHNWI working in his Family Office in Chelsea. He is part of an iconic international family with diverse global business interests and connections with Heads of State and industry leaders. You will need to be ready and willing to travel internationally with little notice for 2-5 days a month. My client is passionate about his work, totally driven and absolutely charming. He is looking for an EA to support him in both his business and personal life. You will need to have 3-5 years experience supporting an international UHNWI, be happy to work in a small office of 3-4 people, and have proven experience of managing finances, money transfers, paying salaries, bank reconciliations etc. Attention to detail and a meticulous mind are key. You will be managing a complicated diary, correspondence, gatekeeping, always planning ahead, organising receptions, dinners, logistics and accommodation for hugely influential individuals, nothing can be overlooked, so you need to be confident, slick and an accomplished host. Loyalty and discretion are essential; you will be an ambassador for the individual and his family, totally respectful.
