Our client, one of the United Kingdom's leading boutique investment property consultancy is looking for a PA and Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based on reception and will suit an experienced all-rounder who will provide full secretarial support for a team of property consultants. You will be responsible for all reception and Office Managerial duties and have a professional manner, strong organisational skills and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and meeting and greeting high net worth clients
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Booking couriers and cars
  • Providing diary management
  • Completing copy typing, mail merges and brochure mail outs
  • Maintaining team equipment with appropriate supplies including printers, faxes and ordering stationery
  • Managing the smooth running of the office
  • Processing accounts receivable and payable
  • Reconciling expenses
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of information and archiving files as and when needed
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Providing assistance with personal administration
  • Assisting with marketing including managing the company website, social media accounts and marketing lists

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word. Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality in respect to information, documents and projects being produced undertaken
  • Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
  • Muck-in attitude with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability
  • Self-motivated, flexible attitude and good common sense
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
