The Retail Banking Academy is seeking an Graduate Administrator. The role will involve ensuring quality control of the awarding and examination department of the Academy which will be achieved by:

  • Organising processes which support the Awarding Body in the delivery, marking and result determination of RBA qualifications.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of the status and progress of all qualifications and associated materials under development through to launch.
  • Implement quality assurance policies and procedures and prepare inputs for regular reviews of quality assurance policies.
  • Maintain systems for dealing with Awarding Organisation Policies within the examinations portfolio.
  • Support the Qualifications Manager who is the point of contact for relevant Awarding Organisation committees and RBA’s Awarding Body including the presentation of statistical and other information and evaluation reports.

Person Specification

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate how relevant skills-sets and experience will enable him / her:

  • Work closely with Examiners in the maintenance of qualifications, examinations and learning outcomes.
  • Interrogation of data systems for retrieving and collating examinations data for further analyses.
  • Outstanding commitment to customer care.
  • The processing and analysis of data sets against tight deadlines.
  • Able to work meticulously to detail in delivering tasks.
  • Able to successfully deliver tasks to time and within budget.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking on assigned tasks.
  • Able to work effectively with external stakeholders to ensure successful task delivery.
  • Able to edit-proof read qualification materials effectively to support publication work.
  • Able to use software applications such as Microsoft Office packages.
