The role requires strong initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed beyond the scope of the job description, as well as a flexible and team spirited attitude. 

Office Manager duties include:

  • Dealing  with contracts and leases
  • Ensuring smooth running of the Office
  • Managing day to day operational aspects of the Office
  • Liaising with and supporting Head of Global HR
  • Management of Receptionists / Office Assistants

The role would also involve EA duties :
•    Supporting the CEO in all aspects of general organisation, focusing on administrative duties, projects and prioritising daily information flow.  
•    Troubleshooting and acting as gatekeeper.
•    Manage email & business calendar on a daily basis; dealing with correspondence on his behalf and scheduling internal and external meetings.  
•    Prepare extensive travel itineraries, coordinate meetings when travelling, liaison with UHNW clients and executives.
•    Coordinate internal and external requests and communications. 
•    Handle urgent, sensitive and confidential matters as required. 
•    Compile and produce reports, communications and PowerPoint presentations. 
•    Work with the investment team on special projects, implementing and managing timelines of workflow.
•   Gatekeeping for CEO - Monitor and screen incoming calls
