Following internal promotions two Graduate Advisor positions became available to work for a global consulting firm in their newly refurbished Green Park offices. This positions are permanent and they pay up to £21k. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately and are able to interview w/c 16th January 2017.

Graduate Advisor deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients across three key business areas pay, talent, and effectiveness. They provide on time, quality delivery and build, maintain and improve the quality and depth of databases.

 

 

 

Main accountabilities for Graduate Advisor

Client service

 

 

 Provides excellent responsive customer service to internal and external clients, internal /External feedback

 

 

 Offers support for account managed clients, timely response to client queries

Delivery

 

 

 Delivers high quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations to direct or consulting clients, successful and timely delivery against project plans

 

 

 Supports team with data manipulation including; formatting, verifying and preparation of electronic data using MS Excel and MS Access, project review feedback from colleagues

Set up

 

 

 Pay: Co-ordinates with GMPC to arrange set up, peer groups or client grade structures, accurate and timely delivery of service

 

 

 Talent and Effectiveness: Sets up and delivers to clients according to pre-defined specification

Collect data

 

 

 Collects representative remuneration data from assigned clients liaising with internal Hay Group contacts as appropriate

 

 

Work processes, policies and procedures

 

 

 Complies with post sales processes, global PS protocols, pricing and standardisation to maximise profitability

 

 

 Ensures all required client and internal information is relevant, accurate and up to date at all times

Collaboration

 

 

 Work closely and flexibly with PS team members to ensure best outcome for clients, projects and the database.

 

 

Learning and development

 

 

 Develops customer service skills

 

 

 Broadly understands internal processes and systems

 Develops understanding of product portfolio
