German speaking PA

We have just taken on a unique and exciting opportunity for a fluent German speaking PA to join a private equity firm in St James'. The firm has presence in both London and Europe and pride themselves on their very high standards of business excellence.

This is a traditional EA role supporting up to four investment professionals, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following; diary management, complex and regular travel arrangements (on a business and personal level), expenses, arranging and setting up conference calls, general administration, amongst other things. It is imperative for you to have a high attention to detail whilst working efficiently and being adaptable to suit the managers needs.

The ideal EA will be a team player with a positive and friendly disposition that isn't afraid to get stuck in to ensure each day runs seamlessly. To hit the ground running, you will have strong administrative background and experience managing senior level Executives. It is essential that the successful PA can speak German at business level as one of the Partners is German.

In return for your hard work, the client is willing to pay up to £42k for the right candidate, plus benefits; and the core hours are 9 am - 5:30pm.
