Our client is a highly successful tech company headquartered in London with several offices worldwide. It is an industry leading, fast growing company full of driven, dynamic and intelligent professionals.

They are looking for a high energy, motivated, experienced CIPD qualified HR generalist to deliver a world class HR function to support the company in its ambitious business growth. Used to dealing with people at all levels the role will include HR policy and process, systems, benefits, rewards, performance and talent management, L&D, employee relations and recruitment. It is a hands on role which requires excellent people skills and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks.

The company has a wonderful, unique culture and strong core values which enables their people to flourish. The ideal candidate will need a commercial mindset with a proven track record of managing reward and benefit processes, experience of working for a company with a global outlook and the ability to work in partnership with the senior management teams.
