Superstar PA for CEO of Design Agency

An amazing opportunity has arisen at a top Design Agency, they are looking for a superstar PA to support the Founder and CEO

The role will include:

•             You will have the chase to get involved with some incredible projects

•             Extensive diary planning including international travel, arranging meetings

•             Liaising with the directors on a daily basis and other PA and ad hoc duties

We are looking for someone with both a creative and corporate background, They really want someone who is confident and experienced so they are able to handle numerous challenges, they must be discrete, dedicated to what they are doing, be able to do speedwriting or shorthand and of course be highly organised. Ideally the candidate will have 8 years’ plus experience and have knowledge of Photoshop.
