Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive/ Telesales Agent to join their growing team in Battersea, South West London. The role will be split into two halves of the day. In the morning, the successful candidate will work alongside the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Executive. In the afternoon, they will then move over to join the Telesales team as a Telesales Agent.

Our client is a leading provider in the FMCG market. The Customer Service Executive/ Telesales Agent will be based in offices at their Battersea industrial depot.

Description

The Customer Service Executive/ Telesales Agent be responsible for:

  • Chasing deliveries
  • Liaising with delivery drivers
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers
  • Dealing with incoming calls to take customer's normal orders
  • Managing your own customer base
  • Assisting every customer in finding the right product from across the range, selling in new lines, link and gap selling, and maximising customer spend
  • Profile

    The Customer Service Executive/ Telesales Agent will have:

    • Good problem solving skills
    • Confidence when speaking on the phone
    • Good organisational skills
    • Good communication skills
