Trade Floor Team Secretary/ PA- Investment Banking- City- £19-£21ph
We are looking for a proactive, switched on and enthusiastic Trade Floor Team Secretary/ PA to work within a Global Investment Bank. The Trade Floor Team Secretary/ PA will be working with in the Global Banking and Markets department where you will be supporting a large team aswell as well as 1:1 support to senior level. This role is based within Sales and Trading so is going to be very busy and demanding so you will need to be able to word under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:
*Arranging Worldwide and UK travel
*Processing Expenses
*Extensive diary management
*Screening incoming calls and relaying accurate messages
*Arrange conference calls
*Invoice Processing
*Scheduling internal and external meetings
*Ad hoc duties

We will require the successful candidate to have excellent attention to detail and be able to deal with all requests efficiently and accurately. MS office skills are essential.
