An online start-up estate agency who is breaking the mould in the property world, is looking for a super Customer Services Executive. Working within a really fun and young team you will be:

• Responding to enquiries

• Booking viewings

• Gathering feedback

• Compiling marketing packs

• General administration

• Liaising with all departments

• Other ad hoc duties such as buying flowers!

They would ideally like a Customer Services Executive with a property background, high level of communication skills as you will of course be talking to various clients, be very personable, unflappable for the busy times, confident, excellent time management and good attention to detail.  Ideally you will have a little bit of property experience and understand all the lingo! You’re role is vital to the company so they need someone who is energetic and has a genuine desire to succeed and part of a young and fun team!
