You will be an essential part of the success of our business, ensuring that everyone has everything they need in order to deliver. You will also be up for regular visits to our regional just outside of London. A day in the life…

  • Managing the internal meeting room booking system
  • Booking and managing complex travel itineraries for the remote workers and senior management team
  • Liaising with the building facilities management to arrange mail, parking, meeting room booking, facilities provisions etc.
  • Ensuring stationery and all other office sundries are well stocked and being economically and environmentally sourced
  • Supporting the administrative process of new joiners with HR Manager
  • Maintaining the filing and storage (physical and online) of a variety of company documents
  • Collating and processing all company credit card expenses
  • You are the point of contact for all day to day office related queries
  • General, ad-hoc support to the HR Manager, Executive Assistant and Senior Management team
  • Getting exposure to all areas of the business and learning new things every day in terms of our industry and business.
  • You will be working with pretty much everyone! The role is based in London but there may be the requirement to travel to our other UK sites (High Wycombe and Westbury occasionally).
  • You will sit within the small support team made up of the HR Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO.
