Top tier and expanding Litigation practice, with a stellar reputation, seeks its first dedicated HR Manager to work on a part-time basis (three days per week).

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing generalist support to the firm and with implementing several new HR processes/procedures.

Working closely with the Practice Development Director & Finance Director, you will establish and manage an HR function and provide guidance and support on all matters relating to people management.

Your duties will include;

  • Managing all centralised records in relation to HR Matters;
  • Acting as a central point of contact for all staff, partners and various external consultants;
  • Liaising with and instructing external recruitment consultants for support staff vacancies;
  • Organising and conducting first-round interviews for support staff vacancies;
  • Running the induction process for all new starters;
  • Administering a comprehensive staff benefit scheme.

We are looking to speak to experienced HR professionals with at least five years’ experience gained within the legal sector.

The successful candidate will have a natural ability to build rapport with a broad range of individuals and will demonstrate first-class communication skills.
