Our Client, an executive search co and a leader in its field are looking for a Team co-ordinator /Project Manager to look after three consultants.  Primarily you will ensuring that the clients and candidates receive excellent attention and service.  There can be numerous assignments on at any one time so you need to have excellent attention to detail and be extremely organised.

Some duties would include:

Booking complex travel, sometimes very last minute, for clients, candidates and the consultants

Putting together presentations

Updating clients and candidates on progress of their search

Set up and attend pitches, client process updates and brief meetings

Putting together and presenting supporting documents for a search
