EA – Global social media company

This well known, global social media platform have an opportunity for an experienced EA to support at Director level.

Initially, this role will be a 3 month contract with possible extension.

Day to day your role will be varied and responsibilities will include:

• Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
• Coordinate client visits, industry events, media engagements
• Preparing quarterly reports
• Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing complex itineraries
• Attending and coordinating meetings, setting agendas
• Compiling and editing documents
• Processing expenses
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders

The Candidate

To be considered for the opportunity, you must:

• Speak fluent Turkish
• Have a solid understanding of the marketing and advertisement industry in Turkey
• Have flexibility to work additional hours where required
